The CRA Regulation (CRAR) allows an EU CRA to endorse a credit rating issued by a thirdcountry CRA if the endorsing CRA can demonstrate that the conduct of the third-country CRA “fulfils requirements which are at least as stringent as” those set out in CRAR.
