Eronext Paris: Expert Commission Indices Committee

In view of the outcome of the public offer for Crédit Lyonnais shares, the Expert Commission (Indices Committee) confirms that Crédit Lyonnais has been definitively removed as a component stock of the CAC 40 and SBF 120 indices.

Crédit Lyonnais shares will also be removed from the SBF 250 index at the close of trading on 10 July 2003.
