Oslo Børs will change the expiration date for standardised equity- and equity index derivatives, to the third Friday of the expiration month.
The change will apply to all standardised derivatives listed on Oslo Børs with expiration date after 1 January 2018, while standardised derivatives with expiration prior to 2018 will keep the third Thursday of the expiration month as expiration date. The change is a step in adapting Oslo Børs’ derivatives market to international standards.
