Enterprise Inns PLC Will Replace ISS A/S In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Europe Plus and S&P United Kingdom Indices effective at the close of trading Wednesday, May 11, 2005:
  • Enterprise Inns PLC (United Kingdom, SEDOL 3387227, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25301040) will replace ISS A/S (Denmark, SEDOL 5952816) in the S&P Europe 350 index and will be added in the S&P United Kingdom index, after the close of trading on Wednesday, May 11, 2005. ISS A/S is being deleted from the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices following the successful completion of an all-cash tender offer by PurusCo AS.
Enterprise Inns PLC, headquartered in the United Kingdom, operates leased and tenanted pubs in the UK. The number of shares outstanding is 349,380,600 and the Investable Weight Factor will be 1. The company will be added to the S&P Europe 350 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Restaurants sub-industry.
