As part of its comprehensive digital transformation strategy and in line with the ongoing efforts to strengthen transparency and expand communication channels within the capital market, The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announces the official launch of its first mobile application under the name “EGX Mobile App”, effective Sunday, 17 August 2025.This application marks a strategic step to empower investors and market participants by providing seamless, efficient access to market developments, while also fostering direct engagement with stakeholders across the financial markets community.
The app will be launched in a pilot version, enabling users to explore its features and share direct feedback and suggestions for further development through the “EGX Dialogue Forum”. This reflects EGX’s strong commitment to the principle of community dialogue by involving investors and stakeholders in shaping market tools, ensuring maximum value for all parties.
Key features of the app include access to the latest market news, data on listed securities, as well as index summaries and highlights of key market movements.
This launch forms part of EGX’s strategy, particularly in alignment with Target (60) on “Enhancing Systems and Applications.” The initiative is expected to boost market efficiency, improve the quality and accessibility of information, and expands the investor base through innovative tools aligned with the latest international best practices.
