As per the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) interest in developing its human resources and urged them to exert more efforts, EGX honored a number of distinct employees in a celebration held for the second consecutive year, where they received certificates of appreciation in addition to a financial reward in a recognition of their outstanding efforts during the year.
Dr. Mohammad Omran, EGX Chairman confirmed that the human capital of the Egyptian Exchange is one of its most important competitive advantage, stating that the physical and moral honoring give a positive push to motivate employees, where they feel that their work and efforts are not wasted, and helps to improve their productivity over the long term.
Omran said that EGX Board has recently conducted a large number of amendments to the list of personnel affairs in order to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in EGX working system, at the same time to achieve justice among employees with regard to the organizational and financial aspects.
