As part of The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) efforts to improve the procedures of requested documentations of listed companies, EGX coordinated with the Internal Trade Development Authority to take all necessary actions to facilitate procedures and services provided to listed companies. Both parties agreed to speed requested services, especially legal procedures requested.
The Internal Trade Development Authority circular an announcement to all commercial registry offices to speed up the procedures of commercial registry services for listed companies or their representatives as an exception provided they submit evidence of the company being listed at EGX.
This step comes in light of both parties' keenness to improve the business environment, especially in light of the role of the Internal Trade Development Authority plays in providing commercial registry services.
