Effective December 30th, 2005, The Restrictions On Trading In "Gazprom" Stock For Foreigners Will Be Lifted

In connection with the Decree ? 1519 signed by the President of the Russian Federation on December 23th, 2005, St.Petersburg Stock Exchange will lift all restrictions related to trading in "Gazprom" stock by foreign clients of professional market participants.

The registration procedure of foreign clients of professional market participants will remain the same.
