EEX Transparency News: ACER Requires The Use Of Inside Information Platforms

ACER publishes an updated version of the 4th Edition of its Guidance on the application of REMIT. In particular, ACER specifies that, in order to achieve effective disclosure according to Article 4 of REMIT, the information shall be disclosed using an inside information platform or transparency platform (Chapter 7.2.1).

In its updated FAQ (Question 4.1.17), ACER stated that market participants should fully comply with the requirements of the ACER Guidance as of 1 July 2020.

Market participants that are registered at the EEX Transparency Platform fulfill their disclosure obligations and contribute their part on market integrity and transparency.
