EBOS, which has been listed on the New Zealand market since 1960, will rank around 46th of the companies in the NZX 50 Index. EBOS supplies a range of medical, surgical, retail, dental and scientific products to the healthcare market in New Zealand and Australia.
Ryman, an operator of healthcare facilities for the elderly in New Zealand since 1984, listed in 1999. Ryman employs over 1,200 staff members and provides services to over 2,500 residents throughout New Zealand.
Other affected NZX Equity Indices will be the NZX 50 Portfolio Index and NZX MidCap Index.
Summary of key index changes effective 21 June 2006:

EBOS Group Limited (EBO) will be added to the above indices.
Waste Management NZ Limited (WAM) will be deleted.
