Dubai Financial Market Announces The results Of Its Board Of Directors Meeting Held On 08 May 2013

The Board of Directors' of Dubai Financial Market PJSC held ameeting on Wednesday 8/5/2013, at 2:00 PM at Borse Dubai and approved the following:

1. Elected Mr.Abdul Jalil Yousuf Darwish Chairman for the Company.
2. Elected Mr.Rashid Hamad AI Shamsi Vice Chairman for the Company.
3. Elected Mr.Essa Abdulfattah Kazim Managing Director & CEO of the Company
4. Formed the committees of the board as follows:
   Audit Committee Chaired by Mr.Mohamad Humaid AI Marri with membership of:
   • Mr.Adil Abdullah AI Fahim
   • Mr.Aii Rashid AIMazroei
   Nomination & Remuneration Committee Chaired by Mr.Rashid Hamad AI Shamsi with membership of:
   • Mr.Majid Saif AIGhurair
   • Mr.Aii Rashid AIMazroei
   Investment Committee Chaired by Mr.Majid Saif AI Ghurair and membership of:
   Mr.Rashid Hamad AIShamsi

5. Approved the reviewed report and condensed consolidated interim financial information for the three month period ended 31March 2013.
