The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) today issued the following statement in response to Senate confirmation of the new U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner.
Larry Thompson, DTCC Vice Chairman, said:
"DTCC welcomes the appointment of Elad Roisman as a Commissioner of the SEC. We look forward to working with Commissioner Roisman, as well as Chairman Clayton, Commissioners Stein, Jackson and Peirce and SEC staff to further increase transparency and reduce risk across the financial markets."
