Dow Jones/STOXX Indexes: Due To Independence Day Markets In The U.S. And Venezuela Are Closed On July 5, 2004 Respective Indexes Are Not Calculated And Disseminated

Please be advised that due to markets close in the U.S. because of the Independence Day holiday and Venezuela Independence Day some of our indexes will not be calculated and disseminated on July 5.

Dow Jones STOXX Indexes

The calculation and dissemination of the pan-European Dow Jones STOXX indexes will not be affected by the markets closed in the U.S. on July 5, 2004.

Dow Jones U.S. Indexes

The following indexes will not be calculated and disseminated on Independence Day holiday July 5, 2004:

• The Dow 5
• The Dow 10
• Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index
• Dow Jones U.S. Style Indexes (Growth and Value)
• Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Index
• Dow Jones CBOT Treasury Index
• Dow Jones MicroSector Indexes
• Dow Jones Select Dividend Index
• Dow Jones Wilshire Indexes
• Dow Jones REIT Indexes (Equity, Composite)
• Dow Jones Internet Indexes (Service, Commerce, Composite)
• Dow Jones GSP Index (Gold, Silver, Platinum)

Dow Jones Venezuela Index will not be calculated and disseminated.
