Overview
Effective Tuesday, January 3, 2012, Direct Edge will make the following pricing changes to the EDGA and EDGX fee schedules, upon filing with the SEC.
EDGA
- All Members that route to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) via RDOT or RDOX will receive the standard rate of $0.0023.
EDGX
- The rebate for the Super Tier — adding 10 million shares or more per day in average daily volume (ADV) for the month — will be $0.0028 per share.
- The rebate for the First Step-Up Tier — adding an ADV of $0.065% of the Total Consolidated Volume (TCV) more than their February 2011 ADV — will be $0.0028.
- Members will now be eligible to qualify for the Mega Tier and receive a rebate of $0.0032 per share by meeting both of the following criteria:
- Add or route at least 4 million shares per day prior to 9:30 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. and
- Add a minimum of .20% of the TCV in ADV during regular market hours and/or pre- and post-trading hours.
