Direct Edge Update: Direct Edge Introduces Electronic Clearly Erroneous Execution Filing Via The Direct Edge Website

Overview: 
Direct Edge has instituted an enhancement to the Clearly Erroneous Execution filing process for Members 
of EDGA Exchange and EDGX Exchange. Effective today, December 8, 2011, Direct Edge now offers the 
ability for Members to submit Clearly Erroneous Execution filings electronically via the Direct Edge website.

Action Required:

  • Members will now be required to submit Clearly Erroneous Execution filings electronically via the Direct Edge website.
  • Fields denoted with an asterisk are mandatory and must be populated in order to submit the form.
  • The form can be found under the Regulation tab on the Direct Edge website.
