Please be advised that all sessions created in the new EDGA and EDGX production environments in the Secaucus NY5 data center have been created with all port attributes set to the standard BATS default port setting. As such, after successfully certifying on the new EDGA and EDGX certification platforms, Members will need to perform a production port attribute audit to be sure their NY5 order entry sessions are configured in line with production trading objectives.
Port Attributes
A copy of all port attributes can be obtained from the BATS Member Web Portal within the Ports tool or by emailing the BATS Trade Desk at tradedesk@bats.com. All changes to port attributes must originate from the BATS Logical Port Request tool also found within the BATS Member Web Portal.
Port Attribute Matrix
The BATS Port Attribute Matrix has been created to act as a guide outlining notable differences between legacy Direct Edge order entry port attributes and the port attributes offered on BATS Technology. The latest version of the matrix will continue to be made available on the Integration Technical Resources page of the BATS public website through completion of the integration.
Additionally, detailed descriptions of all supported BATS port attributes can be found in the back of the BATS FIX and BOE Specifications.
