Direct Edge Trading Notice #14-34: EDGA And EDGX Fee Schedule Changes Effective September 2, 2014

Effective Tuesday, September 2, 2014, EDGA Exchange^SM (EDGA^®) and EDGX Exchange^SM (EDGX^®) will make the following fee schedule changes, pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

• The fee for Flag D will be $0.0027 per share to reflect recent changes to the NYSE fee schedule.
