Direct Edge Trading Notice #14-24: Holiday Reminder – Independence Day With Early Close Thursday, July 3, 2014

BATS BYX Exchange, BZX Exchange, EDGA Exchange, EDGX Exchange and BATS Options will be closing 3 hours early on Thursday, July 3, 2014 and will also be closed on Friday, July 4, 2014 in observance of Independence Day.  Normal trading will resume Monday, July 7, 2014.

Early Close Schedule
BYX Exchange, BZX Exchange, EDGA Exchange, EDGX Exchange and BATS Options will close their regular trading sessions at 1PM ET on Thursday, July 3, 2014.  The extended trading sessions for BYX Exchange and BZX Exchange on July 3rd will end at 2PM ET.  The extended trading sessions for EDGA Exchange and EDGX Exchange will end at 5PM ET.  The extended trading session for BATS Options for select ETF Index Options will end at 1:15PM ET.
