Direct Edge Trading Notice #14-16: EDGA and EDGX Fee Schedule Changes Effective May 1, 2014

EDGA Exchange^SM (EDGA^®) and EDGX Exchange^SM (EDGX^®) will make the following fee schedule changes, pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

• The fee for Flag RC will be $0.0001 per share to reflect recent changes to the NSX fee schedule.
• Flag RW will be retired in preparation of the closing of CBSX.
