Direct Edge Trading Notice #14-06: EDGA & EDGX Fee Schedule Change

Effective Tuesday, February 18, 2014, EDGA Exchange^SM (EDGA^®) and EDGX Exchange^SM (EDGX^®) will update the rate for the RC Flag to $0.0018 per share to reflect recent changes to the NSX fee schedule, pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
