Effective Friday, November 1, 2013, Direct Edge® will introduce the following pricing changes on the EDGX ExchangeSM (EDGX®) and EDGA ExchangeSM (EDGA®), pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Market Depth Tier 1 Update
EDGX will update the rebate for Members qualifying for the Market Depth Tier 1 to $0.0032 per share. The criteria to qualify for this tier will remain unchanged. See footnote 1 in the EDGX Fee Schedule for more details.
Updates to Support NASDAQ OMX PSX Changes
EDGA and EDGX will update the rate for Flag K to $0.0030 per share to reflect pricing changes for NASDAQ OMX P
