Direct Edge: Logical Port Fee Changes Effective July 1, 2013

Effective Monday, July 1, 2013, Direct Edge® will reduce the number of free logical ports for access to EDGA Exchange (EDGA®) and EDGX Exchange (EDGX®) from five to two free ports per exchange, pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The fee for each logical port beyond the free quantity will remain unchanged at $500 per month.  Port quantities are determined based on the total number of subscribed FIX, EDGE XPRS® (HP-API), DROP, EdgeRisk and Unicast market data sessions obtained by a Member for access to the exchanges.  The new fees will be reflected in August invoices.
