The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has amended and posted the draft DIFC Operating Regulations for public consultation.
The amendments relate to the commercial licence fee table where the DIFC Authority is proposing to introduce a new category of fees for a Commercial Licence and its renewal for non-profit organisations set at $1000.
The draft DIFC Operating Regulations have been posted for a period of two weeks for public comment ending 9 October 2011.
