On the basis of this data, a decision will be made on August 13 for the stock indices DAX, MDAX, SDAX and NEMAX 50. Possible changes will be implemented as of September 23. For the first time, Deutsche Börse is deciding for the DAX and mid-cap index MDAX basing on the free float criterium, which was introducted in June this year. Since then, Deutsche Börse is using only the shares in free float for the calculation of its stock indices.
