Deutsche Börse: German Equity Forum Fall 2008 In Frankfurt In November - Largest Forum On Equity Financing Expects 5,000 Participants

From 10 to 12 November, Deutsche Börse and KfW Mittelstandsbank will be holding the German Equity Forum Fall 2008 in Frankfurt/Main. The forum is Europe’s largest and most successful platform for equity-seeking and already listed SMEs. Over 5,000 investors, analysts, entrepreneurs and intermediaries are expected at the three-day German Equity Forum.

The Equity Forum offers participants panel discussions, presentations and workshops on topics relating to corporate financing, capital market regulation and current industry trends. International companies from China, Russia and India will introduce themselves in country forums. Moreover, Prime Standard companies will be reporting their third quarter results in a total of 210 investor conferences. Over fifty non-listed companies will be introducing themselves to a broad group of venture capital and private equity investors, with the aim of securing equity financing.

Deutsche Börse AG as a leading stock exchange organization, and KfW as a leading promotional bank offer the largest information and network platform for investors and companies. Deutsche Börse and KfW Mittelstandsbank have been organizing the German Equity Forum, held twice a year, since 1996. The fall event is aimed at equity-seeking SMEs, venture-capital financed late-stage and growth companies, as well as listed and international companies interested in the European capital market. The primary focus of the spring forum is on early-stage and growth companies.
