The Xavex SICAV Dynamic Bond Portfolio Fund is issued by Xavex SICAV, Luxembourg. Xavex is thus the sixth issuer in XTF. Deutsche Bank will act as Designated Sponsor for the Xavex SICAV Dynamic Bond Portfolio Fund.
The Xavex SICAV Dynamic Bond Portfolio Fund is an actively managed fund benchmarked against the iBoxx Euro Overall Index. This index comprises more than 1000 bonds ? Sovereigns, Sub-Sovereigns, Collateralised and Corporate bonds. iBoxx Ltd. was established in August 2001 as a joint venture by ABN AMRO, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Morgan Stanley, UBS Warburg and Deutsche Börse.
In April 2000, Deutsche Börse became the first European exchange to launch a segment for exchange-traded funds. The XTF segment has since established its position as the leading market segment for ETFs in Europe, with a market share of over 50 percent in April. There are currently 43 index funds and 14 actively managed exchange traded funds listed in the XTF segment.
