Deutsche Börse: Tenth Bond Listed On The Entry Standard - Peach Property Is Moving From The Open Market To The Entry Standard

Date 27/01/2012

On Thursday 26 January 2012, Peach Property Group became the tenth corporate bond to be listed on Deutsche Börse's Entry Standard for corporate bonds. Peach Property (ISIN DE000A1KQ8K4) moved from the Open Market to the Entry Standard for corporate bonds. It has a volume of up to €50 million, runs until 30 June 2016 and has an interest rate of 6.6 percent. The nominal denomination is €1,000.

“The Peach Property bond is the tenth bond to join the Entry Standard,” said Barbara Georg, Head of Listing & Issuer Services at Deutsche Börse.“ Entry Standard for corporate bonds is particularly ideal for small and medium-sized companies to help them meet their financing requirements. The average volume of issues was between €15 million and €70 million. This is also an indication that even smaller companies with lower financing requirements are successfully placing and listing their bonds.”

Since March 2011, the Entry Standard has positioned itself well as a still relatively new segment for SME corporate bonds. Companies have received a total of around €390 million through this method of financing.

According to the company's own information, Peach Property Group is one of the leading developers of top-quality residential property in the German-speaking part of Europe. Currently, the company's most important activity is providing management and other services to Peach Property Group's project companies and third parties, particularly technical and commercial human resources management and project development.
