HanseYachts AG is planning to list a corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN DE000A11QHZ0 can be subscribed from today until 30 May 2014, subject to early termination of subscription. It has an issue volume of up to €20 million, runs until June 2019 and has a coupon rate of 8.00 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.
Trading is planned to commence on 3 June 2014. Applicant and specialist is Steubing AG.

According to information from the company, HanseYachts AG is one of the three largest makers of ocean-going sailing yachts in the world. Its business is divided between the business segments sailing yachts and motor yachts. The company manufactures various types of sailing yacht in the sailing yachts segment. These are sold under the “Hanse”, “Moody” and “Dehler” brands, both through dealers and through its own distribution company. In the motor yachts segment, the company makes motor yachts under its own brands of “Fjord” and “Sealine”. The company has two production sites in Goleniów, Poland, and Greifswald, Germany, where the final assembly and delivery of all products takes place.
