SuccessFactors Inc. (WKN A0M7X4) commenced trading in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange regulated market on 29 July. This makes the company the second American company after Rofin-Sinar Technologies Inc. to be listed in the Prime Standard.
According to information provided by the company, SuccessFactors is the worldwide leading provider of cloud-based business execution software solutions. With solutions for business alignment, team execution, people performance, and learning management solutions, the company supports more than 3,500 customers in more than 168 countries in 34 languages. The company has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE Euronext in Paris since 19 July.

SuccessFactors Inc. is the 16th new entrant to the Prime Standard this year.
There are a total of 356 companies listed in the Prime Standard of the regulated market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and 280 on the General Standard. The Entry Standard, the market segment for SMEs in the Open Market, comprises 135 companies.
