Deutsche Börse: IPO Of amalphi AG In Entry Standard

amalphi AG (ISIN: DE0008131350) was admitted to trading in Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 18 August. 1,000,000 ordinary bearer shares were included in trading at flotation. The initial listing price was €15.25.
 
BankM – Representative Office of biw Bank für Investments und Wertpapiere AG is acting as applicant and designated sponsor; Wolfgang Steubing AG is acting as specialist.
