A corporate bond of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is tradable in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today. The subscription, originally supposed to run until 19 September, prematurely ended on the 9th September 2013.
The bond with the ISIN DE000A1X3HZ2 has a volume of up to EUR 25 million, runs until 19 September 2018 and has an interest rate of 5.875 percent. The nominal denomination is 1,000 euros.

It focuses on development, planning, sale and construction management of detached and semi-detached homes on a turnkey or partially completed basis using the solid wall construction method. The subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH, HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH and Hausbau Finanz GmbH round off HELMA Group's offering as a property developer, holiday home supplier and mortgage broker.
