On Tuesday, Deutsche Börse announced an unscheduled change to the SDAX index. The shares of bet-at-home.com AG will replace the shares of Braas Monier Building Group S.A. Due to the acquisition of Braas Monier Building Group S.A. by Marsella Holdings S.à.r.l. the free float of Braas Monier Building Group S.A. has dropped to 6.19 percent, after expiration of the final acceptance period. With a free float below 10 percent, the company is ineligible for index inclusion, according to the rules in the Guide to the Equity Indices of Deutsche Börse AG.
The change will become effective on Friday, 3 February 2017.
The next scheduled index review of the Deutsche Börse equity indices is 3 March 2017.
