In addition to market capitalisation, the amount of time in which the individual stocks can be traded on the exchange also plays a key role in their inclusion in the index. This ensures that the index has a wide range of highly tradable shares.
Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment product range currently comprises a total of 1,018 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €10 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
