This morning (August 18, 2026), the management of Cando Drones opened trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) to mark the company's listing on the Exchange.
Cando Drones is a defense technology company specializing in the establishment and operation of autonomous drone fleets for both defense and civilian applications.
The company's revenues are derived primarily from activities supporting Israel's national security efforts, including the provision of monitoring, control, documentation, and rapid-response services in the field through drones operated using technologies developed by the company and its partners. These services are provided to organizations such as municipal institutions, local authorities, and critical and sensitive facilities.
In addition, following the Russia-Ukraine War and the Iron Swords War, operational drone usage has increased significantly. The company adapted its civilian technologies for defense applications and currently provides services to defense industries. Furthermore, the company's drone fleet offers civilian-sector services, including inventory management logistics, warehouse monitoring, and goods transportation.
The company completed an offering of shares and warrants to institutional and public investors, raising approximately NIS 19 million at a company valuation of approximately NIS 93 million.
Nineteen defense technology companies are currently traded on the TASE, with a combined market capitalization of approximately NIS 155 billion. The TA-Defense Index, launched in November 2025, includes technology and industrial companies whose primary sales are to the defense sector
Yoeli Or, CEO of Cando, said: "This is a significant day for Cando Drones, marking the transition to the next stage in the company's development. The IPO will enable us to continue expanding our activity in the field of autonomous drone fleets and to address the growing demand for fast, smart, and autonomous solutions in both defense and civilian markets. We believe that the combination of the technology we have developed, our operational experience, and the growth of the drone market positions Cando well for the future."
Tom Elhadif, Head of Market Development at the Economic Department of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, said: "I congratulate Cando Drones on joining the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Cando is a strong testament to the remarkable growth of the defense technology sector and its contribution to the Israeli economy. I wish the company, its employees, and its shareholders continued success, prosperity, and growth for the benefit of its customers, investors, and the Israeli economy as a whole."
