The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm (the “Exchange") has found that VIMAB Group AB (publ) (the “Company") has breached the rules of Nasdaq First North Growth Market (the “Rulebook”) and therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of nine annual fees, corresponding to an amount of SEK 1,163,027.
The Disciplinary Committee finds that VIMAB Group AB (publ) has, in four respects, breached Article 17.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and thereby section 4.1.1 of the Rulebook. The breaches concern, on the one hand, that the press releases of October 3, 2024, and March 19, 2025, regarding letters of intent conveyed a degree of certainty as to the realization of the transactions that did not enable a complete and accurate assessment of the information’s significance for the Company and its financial instruments, and, on the other hand, that the press release of March 13, 2026, regarding an electricity trading agreement neither disclosed the identity of the contractual counterparty nor fairly described the agreement’s economic significance and thus likewise did not enable a complete and accurate assessment.
The Disciplinary Committee considers the breaches of the Rulebook to be serious and therefore imposes a fine. The fine is determined to be equivalent to nine annual fees.
