Datos Insights Names Kavitha Venkita Chief Executive Officer - Wayne Mincey Transitions To Executive Chair To Focus On Corporate Strategy And M&A Growth

Datos Insights, a leading global provider of data and advisory solutions to the financial services, insurance, and technology industries, today announced that Kavitha Venkita will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2025. Wayne Mincey, who has served as CEO and Executive Chair since 2023, will remain with the firm as Executive Chair, where he will lead the Datos Board and focus on corporate strategy and ongoing M&A work.  

Before joining Datos as Chief Strategy Officer, Venkita was a Partner and Business Leader for ACA Aponix at the ACA Group, focused on Technology Risk Advisory. Prior to that, she spent over 15 years with CEB (now, Gartner) where her last role was Group Leader, Head of IT and Government Practices, managing over 20 product lines across the US, EMEA and APAC.

Venkita will work closely with Mincey through the transition to ensure seamless continuity for all client service and strategic engagements. The firm’s advisory teams will continue to maintain current operating procedures focused on exceptional client delivery amid increasing market demand.
