Dalian Commodity Exchange Will Cooperate With Heilongjiang Province For Futures

The Grain Administration of Heilongjiang province, on behalf of the Heilongjiang provincial government, signed cooperation agreements with Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) on May 23, 2008 in Harbin. Adhering to the principle of collaboration and mutual benefit, the parties will carry out comprehensive and systematic cooperation in the respect of developing and improving the variety of futures products, training for modern knowledge of market and futures industry, futures information service and utilization of futures market by enterprise as well as promoting the development of logistic industry in Heilongjiang province and supporting the construction of new socialist countryside through futures market and so on. Jin Hui, deputy director of the Grain Administration of Heilongjiang Province, and Guo Xiaoli, vice general manager of DCE, signed the cooperation agreements on behalf of respective parties.
