In order to meet the market requirements, with the deliberation and approval of the Council and after reporting to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, DCE has revised the “Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Management of Members”. The rule amendment is hereby published, and the revised rules shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
