After the approval of the DCE Board of Directors and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), DCE has adjusted the rules of after-hours trading, in a bid to adapt to the market needs. It hereby releases the rule amendments, with relevant issues as follows:
1. The time for implementation of the rule amendments
It shall come into force on May 8, 2015.
2. The adjustment to after-hours trading time
DCE will adjust the after-hours trading time at 21:00 on May 8, 2015 (i.e., from the after-hours trading session on May 11, 2015).
The time for after-hours trading session, 21:00 on the previous natural day - 02:30 on the very day (The time for after-hours trading session on Monday is from 21:00 on last Friday to 02:30 on Saturday), will be adjusted to 21:00 on the previous natural day - 23:30 on the previous natural day (The time for after-hours trading session on Monday is from 21:00 on last Friday to 23:30 on last Friday).
3. The futures products involved in the adjustment to after-hours trading time
The adjustment will cover all the futures products of DCE involving the after-hours trading, including No. 1 soybeans, No. 2 soybeans, soybean meal, soybean oil, RBD palm olein, iron ore, coke and coking coal.
All the member units and relevant market participants are required to prepare for the adjustment to after-hours trading time and ensure the smooth market operation according to relevant business rules and guidelines of DCE.
