Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Adjustments To Price Limits And Trading Margins During 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival And National Day Holiday

According to the Measures for Risk Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) has decided upon discussion to make the following adjustments to the price limits and the trading margins for the relevant futures before and after the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday:

From the settlement on September 23 (Wednesday), 2026, the price limit of Contract EG2610 will be adjusted to 8%, the trading margin will be adjusted to 10%; the price limit of Contract EG2611 will be adjusted to 8%, the trading margin will be adjusted to 9%.

From the settlement on September 29 (Tuesday), 2026, the price limits of Iron Ore, No. 1 Soybean, No. 2 Soybean, Soybean Meal, Soybean Oil, Egg, Live Hog, LLDPE, PP and PVC futures will be adjusted to 8%, the trading margins will be adjusted to 10%; the price limits of RBD Palm Olein, EG, BZ, EB and LPG futures will be adjusted to 9%, the trading margins will be adjusted to 11%; the price limits and the trading margins of the LLDPE monthly average price futures, the PP monthly average price futures and the PVC monthly average price futures shall be consistent with the corresponding physical contracts; the price limits and trading margins of other futures will remain unchanged.

After the trading is resumed on October 8 (Thursday), 2026, from the settlement of the first trading day when the situation that the one-direction non-continuous quotation under the price limit does not occur on the contract with the largest open interests of one product, the price limits and the trading margins of such product will be adjusted as follows:

The price limits and the trading margins of Iron Ore, No. 1 Soybean, No. 2 Soybean, Soybean Meal, Soybean Oil, RBD Palm Olein, Egg, Live Hog, LLDPE, PP, PVC, EG, BZ, EB and LPG futures will be restored to the standards before the 2026 National Day holiday; the price limits and the trading margins of the LLDPE monthly average price futures, the PP monthly average price futures and the PVC monthly average price futures shall be consistent with the corresponding physical contracts; the price limits and trading margins of other futures will remain unchanged.

When 2610 contracts enter the delivery month, the delivery month trading margin standard shall prevail. For futures contracts that meet the adjustment requirements of the price limit or trading margin specified in the Measures for Risk Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the higher value of the price limit or the trading margin shall prevail.
