Based on relevant rules and provisions governing seat fees of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), DCE in early April will withhold 2015 seat usage fees from the settlement reserve account of each member. The number of seats is calculated according to the valid seats as of March 31, 2015. Amounts of annual membership fees to be withheld one time are as follow: each additional floor seat at RMB 20,000 per year, each remote seat starting from the third (inclusive) at RMB 10,000 per year, each exchange remote seat at RMB 5,000 per year.
All members should check their seat utilization status and promptly cancel seats not in use through the member service system. Members should direct all inquiry on member seat status, cancellation and other related business through the member service system.
Members are hereby advised to be prepared and pay seat fees accordingly.
