CVM Approves B3’s Corporate Name And The Merger Of Cetip

On June 13, 2017, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil approved the change to the corporate name of BM&FBOVESPA S.A. – Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros to B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, which must be used in all formal communications and references to the Company.

We also inform you that following the CVM decision, an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting, held on June 14, 2017, approved the merger of Cetip S.A. – Mercados Organizados into B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, becoming effective as of July 03, 2017.

We reiterate that there have been no changes to the names and trademarks of BM&FBOVESPA and Cetip, or regarding products and services, clearinghouses, registration systems and central depository, or to the rules and internal procedures that govern the activities of BM&FBOVESPA and Cetip.
