The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the incorporation of CUPULAS PROPERTIES SOCIMI S.A.U on 30 June, once all the documentation submitted by the company has been analysed and studied and a favourable evaluation report has been issued by the Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee.
The Board of Directors of the company, which is the seventh to join BME's growth markets so far this year, has taken a reference price of 1,670 euros per share as the starting point for trading, which represents a total value of the company of 8,350,000 million euros.
