STOXX Limited, a leading provider of innovative, tradable and global index concepts, today announced a correction to the component changes in the STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index which were communicated on March 3, 2014. All changes become effective with the open of markets on March 24, 2014.

Contrary to last night’s announcement, TURK TELEKOMUNIKASYON (TR, Telecommunications, TTKOM.IS), will not be deleted from the index on March 24.
Changes in the STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index are being announced today after the conclusion of a regular semi-annual component review. The country classification and RIC code for the STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index component COCA-COLA HBC (Greece, Food & Beverage, EEEr.AT) will change to U.K. and CCH.L as of March 24, 2014. As a result, the company will be deleted from the STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index.
The adjusted component weightings, including the number of shares and free-float factors, will be announced on March 19, 2014 after the close of markets. All changes will be effective as of the open of markets on March 24, 2014. In the case of upcoming mergers and acquisitions occurring until the final implementation date, the composition of the indices may change.
