The company's A-shares carry voting rights and will be traded under the code XUBC. Santander Central Hispano will act as the specialist intermediary and link entity for the company. Corporación UBC Internacional has been traded in dollars on the Bolsa Nacional de Valores de Costa Rica since July 2002. The company reports to this exchange according to the International Accounting Standards (IAS).
