The first trade in Genmab via the Copenhagen Stock Exchange was executed at 09:02:32, when 14,150 shares were traded at a price of 260, which was also the issue price per share of DKK 1.
At 15:30, Genmab was one of the most actively traded shares at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange; 690,397 shares worth DKK 165.7 million had been traded. The average price at 15:30 was DKK 240.08.
In connection with the offer of Genmab shares more than one third of the shares on offer were acquired by Danish investors.
At the same time as Genmab was introduced at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, the company was also admitted to listing on the German Neuer Markt. Up to 15:30 today, the value of trading in Genmab shares at the Neuer Markt amounted to rather over Euro 2 million, or approx. DKK 15 million.
Genmab will be included in the KFV Index as from tomorrow.
