Copenhagen Stock Exchange: TDC Removed From OMXC20

Due to the tender offer from Nordic Telephone Company ApS (NTC) the liquidity in the TDC share has decreased remarkably and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has therefore decided to exclude TDC from the OMXC20 index in accordance to Rule 5.7 in Guidelines for calculation of the OMXC20 index.

Last day for inclusion in the OMXC20 index will be Tuesday 31, 2006. TDC will be excluded from the index using the last paid price.

The OMXC20 index will thus consist of 19 shares from February 1, 2006
