Copenhagen Stock Exchange: New Round Lots For Shares And Investment Certificates

Date 15/12/2005

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange will adjust the round lots for 39 shares and 59 investment certificates. The new round lots will enter into force on December 19, 2005.

A round lot is the minimum number of shares/certificates to constitute an order that can create the so-called spread in the trading system and thus help set the price.

The changes result from the Copenhagen Stock Exchange’s ordinary biannual review of the round lots on the basis of the price movements of the individual securities. The Copenhagen Stock Exchange aims at a round lot corresponding to approx. DKK 20,000 for OMXC20 shares and approx. DKK 10,000 for other shares and investment certificates. On the alternative marketplace, First North, a round lot is approx. DKK 1,000.

A list of the new round lots for the shares and investment certificates in question can be found on the following pages. An updated list of all round lots for shares and investment certificates will be available at the Exchange website, www.omxgroup.com/copenhagenstockexchange, on December 19, 2005 in the morning.
