The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has initiated cooperation with Investigate A/S, which supplies the information on the listed investment trusts. On the Exchange's website, information on the 157 investment trusts is given, including key ratios of yield and risk as well as the full portfolio. The investors have the possibility of using an interactive functionality and can in this way sort the fund's portfolio thus gaining a quick overview of for instance weighting of assets on industry and country level.
This information gives the investors a better overview so that they can quickly make a varied assessment of the individual investment trust funds.
Peter Belling elaborates: "From an international point of view, it is unusual for an exchange to have a market for investment trust certificates. We can offer stock exchange trading in many different investment trusts. To the investor the stock exchange trading implies great advantageous with regard to transparency and sharp prices. Several investment trust funds have rather narrow spreads, which can be compared with the spreads in the KFX shares."
