Copenhagen Stock Exchange: Information On Indices In Connection With The Listing Of Group 4 Securicor, Falck And Group 4

Tomorrow, Tuesday, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange is going to list three new shares: Group 4 Securicor, Falck and Group 4. The listings are a result of the demerger of Group 4 Falck into Group 4 and Falck and the merger between Group 4 and Securicor and the formation of the company Group 4 Securicor. We would like to specify their inclusion in the Exchange’s indices.

Since we use the fixed price method on Group 4 Falck, tomorrow, Tuesday 20 July 2004, the share will still have a weight in the KFX Index. As a result of the fixed price method, Group 4 Falck will be included in the KFX Index at a market value calculated on the basis of the SAXESS average price of today, Monday 19 July 2004.

The new shares (Group 4 Securicor, Falck and Group 4) will be admitted to listing tomorrow Tuesday 20 July 2004, but will not be included in the Exchange’s indices until Wednesday 21 July 2004.

Group 4 Securicor and Falck will be included in the KFX Index on the basis of their SAXESS average prices of tomorrow, Tuesday 20 July 2004.

The three new shares will also be included in the other indices as of Wednesday, the day after the first price observation, but on the basis of Tuesday’s closing prices.
